Lime Crime Velvetine Giveaway!

I hope you are all getting as excited as I am about Christmas being two weeks away! This is my favourite time of the year and I thought it would be nice to spread the Christmas cheer by hosting another giveaway. Thinking about what I could use to say thanks, I figured choosing a couple of my favourite lip colours might be a good idea. The winner will receive two Velvetines (valued at AU$52 + postage), the best-selling lip product by the amazing US brand Lime Crime, in the shades Utopia and Pink Velvet. Velvetines are my go-to because as you apply them, it feels like you are putting on a lip gloss, but soon it dries to a great matt finish that lasts all day. I’ll tell you more about them in the next few days. For now, here’s what you have to do to be in the draw:

  1. Follow @brendanepomuceno on Instagram
  2. Like “Brenda Nepomuceno” on Facebook
  3. Follow @brenepomuceno on Twitter
  4. Leave a comment on this blog post here with your name, Instagram and Facebook

The giveaway is open worldwide. Entries close at 11:59pm (Melbourne time) on December 25th, 2014. The winner will be picked at random and I will then check if the entry is valid. I will announce the winner on Boxing Day, December 26th, 2014, and they will have three days to contact me via e-mail to claim the prize.

Good luck! :)

Last Thursday the boyfriend and I celebrated four years together. Going through pictures of our previous anniversaries I noticed that in all of them I wear an uniform of sorts: jeans, boots, a knit and/or a leather jacket. Turns out this year was no exception, because once again we decided to drive to somewhere pretty where we could just be together and appreciate each other’s company. Lavandula Lavender Farm in Daylesford is a beautiful place for a romantic picnic like ours and the weather was simply perfect. Autumn is truly the best… Even though it is no longer lavender season and the only ones I saw were in the many lavender-flavoured foods on offer. Their lavender lemonade was heavenly! I hope to be back soon so I can see the gardens blooming.

I’d planned a completely different outfit beforehand, but I guess it was just one of those days when I needed a more casual, laid-back look… So I changed out of my clothes when I was just about to leave my house. Minus the heels, this is something I actually wear to uni a lot. Either way, I felt really good with what I was wearing, probably because the feeling we were celebrating was way more important than any clothing. I really can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with this amazing man! <3
